Skin soothening treatments

Due to stress, heavy work people feel tired especially during summer when you sweat a lot when you feel tired when all the essential salts are lost.You can try these tips to relax your skin.


  1. Cucumber skin soothing 
  • Cucumber 1 medium size
  • Lemon 1/2
Peel and chop cucumber and keep slices in a bowl. squeeze the lemon over cucumber and let them stand for an hour. Then rub the cucumbr slices over the face avoiding the areas around the eyes. Leave for thirty minutes and wash off with cold water. It is best suited for oily skin.

2. Yoghurt skin soothing'
  • Cucumber 1 small
  • Yoghurt 100gm
Put the cucumber in a blender and mis it well with yoghurt. apply the paste on the face and neck. leave to dry and then wash off with cold water. This is best suited for normal to sensitive skin.
